"I am happy to share that I am currently working with Andrew Ackerman of AA Construction. He and his team are building a 918sf ADU for me in Pacific Grove. The build has had some crazy weather related challenges but Andrew has been nothing but positive and solutions oriented to move quickly beyond our un-anticipated dilemmas. An open communication style was high on my priority contractor qualities and Andrew is consistently quick to communicate updates/information or respond to my inquiries or those of my architect. He is not threatened by any of my inquiries and has shown zero reluctance to double check on something before proceeding.
